A carvery or Sunday roast is bigger and more popular than ever and many eateries are realising they need to offer this on their menu. They are a tempting choice for families with younger children and are a really good way of getting them to try new flavours; including different choices of meat, perhaps stuffing and definitely new vegetables. There are some flavours that may be stronger, such as sprouts or red cabbage, but covered in lovely meaty gravy will help to entice them and make them eat it all. A Sunday roast is very popular with families and companies now know that in order to attract all types of customer, they need to give this option.
Once you have placed your order, the completed orders will be packed and stored in our dedicated chillers, ready for dispatch. They are always kept at the correct temperature. We will regularly deliver across the south east of England, in our temperature controlled vehicles and, as long as the order is placed before 4am, you will receive your meat the same day.
With our farm-to-fork traceability scheme, meat can be tracked back to the farm where they were bred – and in some cases, even down to the food they ate.
